For the last few days, Brad has been gone with friends snowmobiling up north and it has been a long few days. Sabrina (and I) missed him lots and would go to the door all the time saying "dada?" and then making her I dont know sign. It was hard to see her do this over and over konwing she doesn't understand what "He'll be home in a few days" means, she just knows he's gone! During that time Sabrina has also gotten 2 new teeth and been a little crabby as they have impacted her sleep. We spent alot of time looking for distractions: Lots of playing dollies, reading books and playing on her swingset.
Sabrina has also been working on transitioning from a bottle with formula to milk in a sippy...finally in the last couple of days she seems to have mastered it. Food however, has never been a battle, she really is lovin macaroni as you can see :) Today Dada finally got home and Sabrina could not be more happy. They spent some good quality time together reading. They first read Dada's choice which was catching up on 4 days of newspapers, then they read Sabrinas choice which was Opposites at the zoo. I think all in all they were both happy just to spend time together!
Brad and Lindsey were married in September, 2001. Brad works in the construction field. Lindsey works as a full time mom of Sabrina and Anabelle and works at a local school and as a hobbiest photographer. Sabrina was born December, 2006 and from day one has been full of energy and mischief! She keeps us on our toes and never ceases to amaze us! Anabelle joined the family in June of 2008 and has such a quiet sweetness about her. But watch out, we don't call her sugar and spice for nothing! She definitely can hold her own and has a will that will serve her well as she gets older! We are currently waiting on more pink to enter our home in September! We can't wait to meet our newest member of the family and see what God has in store for her!
