Sabrina visits the Dentist

Last week Sabrina and I visited the Dentist together! It was the first time for both of us at this office and they made it a really fun experience for both of us (thanks Lisa!). I had my appt first, and Sabrina got to help clean and count my teeth and use "Mr. Slurpy" to suck out all the spit in mommy's mouth. Then it was her turn and she hopped right in the chair and got her teeth "counted" and polished! She even got to wear shades to keep the bright light out of her eyes while Lisa worked. At the end, she got to pick a toy. She was excietd to have sparkley teeth and a new Diego toothbrush to take home!
Inother tooth related news, Anabelle just got her third tooth, however, it's not one of her top two, nope those are still MIA. She got one of the next ones over! I'm afraid she might have a funny snaggletooth look for a while....but seriously, has anyone ever heard of this happening? We go to the Dr. Thurs for her 9 mo, so I can ask him about it then I guess...but for now we're just hoping the other teeth come in soon!!

Seriously, what is it about our kids that makes them want to chomp on their crib? This poor crib never stood a chance!

Dozin' with Dad

With the weather so warm, Daddy and Sabrina decided to work on moving some dirt around in the yard with the dozer. This is the first time Sabrina had actually riden on the big equipment. She loved it!

Anabelle is on the move

A couple weeks ago, Anabelle really started crawling all over the place and is now pulling herself up of furniture. She also has began pushing her play table all over. I wouldnt consider it walking, as she's not really bending her legs much yet :) But she is mobile! I'm a little fearful for her though as she will be standing near something and will just let go...she'll stant on her own for a second, then TIMBER! I think a helmet may be in order for our sweet Anabelle!

Sabrina's First Haircut

Sabrina has always had curls at the bottom of her hair, but they were starting to get scraggily and stringy looking so about a month ago, we went in to Mrs. Heidi for a trim. Mind you, I was very conflicted about cutting it, but knew we had to at least try something to make it look thicker. I was nervous about loosing the curl completely, so we only cut an inch. Sabrina was a little nervous, but she sat really well and I think it helped knowing Heidi.

We're Back!

To those of you who happen to still check our blog with the hope that we may have gotten our act together....your persistance has paid off! We are back to blogging! Lots has happened with our family, the most pertinant to this post is that we have moved into our new house finally! We are getting settled in and are enjoying making this house a home. Part of that settling in has been getting everything working! We unfortunately found out that since we now live out in the sticks a bit, internet connectivity is nearly nill....so this is our only solution: Yep, its a 20ft tall piece of ugly attached to the roof of our new digs! So faithful readers, be thankful that I have a sense of humor, or we would have had to live in the dark ages!

As for the rest of our life, the actual important stuff that has gone on in the last month, I'll be catching you up bit by bit! :) Stay tuned!
